Peace of Mind

Our commitment to you is to do our part to help establish “peace of mind” rental properties. We offer stable rents over the long term and a pool of preferred vendors to help keep the properties pro-active and well maintained. We are available weekdays 9am—5pm Saturday 10-12 for your convenience and also have an emergency after hours and weekend service to assist you when the unexpected can sometimes happen. Property showings can be set up with the current tenants of the property or our key check-out system allows you to see the property at your convenience. Application fee is $25.00 per adult, which includes anyone 18 years or older who will be occupying the property. Each adult needs to complete an application to apply for one of our rental properties. We look forward to helping make your Colorado Springs living experience pleasant and as hassle-free as possible.
