Caravan's Heritage
Caravan Properties LLC KNOWS El Paso County real estate. Founder, Sheri Dea Brown, as well as several members of the staff graduated from local high schools. Our goal is to provide a Pro-active Rewards Performance-based residential property management and investment sales experience to our clients and customers. This will be supported by consistent policies and procedures, in accordance with State and Federal Fair Housing Regulations.

Caravan Properties was born in 1993, when the original founders purchased four single-family homes as investment properties. They quickly learned how important it is to provide peace of mind by managing quality, well-maintained properties. Thanks to the Hassle-Free Property Management System, they successfully proved that a positive relationship can exist between the tenants, owners and property management staff.

In 2004, Sheri Dea Brown became sole owner and Broker of Caravan Properties, LLC. Sheri Dea’s family has been involved with real estate for five generations. In 1901 her great-grandparents helped purchase Seven Falls in South Cheyenne Canyon. Her own real estate management experience started in 1983, while working for her 125 year old family property-investment business.

The staff currently includes Marguerite, Office Manager; Dick, Maintenance Supervisor; Pat, Bookkeeper; and Linda, Property Owner Manager & Marketing Manager. Caravan Properties manages over 270 El Paso county properties, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos and up to 30-unit apartment complexes. Caravan Properties always treats each property as if it were their own investment.
